Digbeth art gallery hidden by roadworks asks for community support
Seventh Circle is a modest independent gallery tucked into Digbeth’s industrial heart, dedicated to showcasing emerging Birmingham talent.
For six months the venue was virtually invisible, as major drainage works on Bowyer Street forced concrete barriers and large vans to block its entrance, slashing foot traffic and threatening its financial stability.
Director Marie Hutton describes the period as a 'six-month nightmare' and now urges the local community to step up—by visiting, purchasing vouchers, or buying artworks online—to keep the space alive.
