The Twin Observatory Towers rising from the Zuari Bridge promise to reshape Goa’s skyline with a silhouette that nods to the iconic Eiffel Tower while asserting its own coastal character.
At 125 metres tall, each tower houses fast capsule lifts, a revolving restaurant and an art gallery, and an observation deck that can whisk visitors to the top in roughly three minutes, offering sweeping views across the state.
The concept was sparked by a minister’s encounter with the Eiffel Tower in Paris, who imagined a structure 'even better' for India; the result places the two towers parallel on the bridge’s pylons, a first‑of‑its‑kind venture in the country.
Beyond its tourist appeal, the Zuari Bridge—spanning 13.20 km and ranking as the nation’s second‑longest cable‑stayed bridge—aims to ease congestion along the north‑south corridor and improve links to Panaji, Margao and Vasco.
By marrying bold architecture with practical connectivity, the project seeks to turn a vital transportation link into a landmark destination for travelers from around the globe.
