Glacier Art Museum hosts ‘Watermedia 2026’ juried exhibition
Glacier Art Museum in Kalispell opens the Montana Watercolor Society’s 44th annual juried show, Watermedia 2026, with a preview reception on Oct. 2.
The exhibition presents 50 recent water‑based paintings selected by professional watercolorist Stan Miller from more than 165 entries submitted by artists in 14 states. Miller will announce the awards and give a talk at 5:30 p.m. during the reception.
Admission is $10 and the museum is located at 302 Second Ave. E. The show continues the society’s legacy, which began in 1983 when a small group of Missoula watercolorists founded the Montana Watercolor Society.
