Gulmohar BAG art exhibition in Belagavi from October 25-29
The Gulmohar BAG collective is staging "The Art Squares", a vibrant group painting show in Belagavi from Oct 25‑29. It will fill the Kalamaharshi K.B. Kulkarni Art Gallery at Varerkar Natya Sangh, near Herwadkar School in Tilakwadi, turning the space into a hub of contemporary colour.
The opening will be honoured by theatre veteran Swati Kulkarni, photographer Dnyanesh Oulkar, and artist Pritesh Rangole. Their presence underscores the interdisciplinary spirit of the project.
Each evening a different artist will create a live painting, offering visitors a glimpse of the creative process. The schedule runs: Pritesh Rangole (Oct 25), Shilpa Khadakbhavi (Oct 26), Komal Dalwai (Oct 27), Sushma Deshpande (Oct 28), and Shashikala Patil (Oct 29).
The exhibition promises a dynamic dialogue between finished works and on‑stage creation, inviting the local community to engage directly with the artists and their evolving canvases.
