North Augusta exhibit highlights art in unexpected forms
The North Augusta Artists Guild opens its annual Fall Into Art Show and Sale, a vibrant showcase of regional creativity that runs from Oct. 7 through Oct. 30 at the Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta.
Visitors will encounter an eclectic mix—paintings, photography, ceramics, fiber art, gourd sculptures, bead embroidery, and even miniature dollrooms—demonstrating how everyday materials can become compelling art.
The exhibition is housed in the Municipal Building at 100 Georgia Ave., free and open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a special evening reception on Oct. 15 from 5–8 p.m. that invites families to explore the works in a relaxed setting.
By gathering such diverse media under one roof, the show underscores the thriving artistic community of Augusta and offers a welcoming space for both seasoned collectors and curious newcomers.
