Taylor Swift's Nashville Education Center: What to see before the art show closes in 2027

The Taylor Swift Education Center, tucked inside the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, blends music history, hands‑on learning and community art in a compact 7,500‑square‑foot, two‑story space.

Visitors find a gallery, classrooms, a recording studio and a videoconference lab, all geared toward curriculum‑based programs for school groups, toddlers and families. The centre’s schedule ranges from guided tours to workshops that let participants explore the creative processes behind music and visual art.

A highlight of the permanent collection is the array of Swift memorabilia: a poster from the “The Fate of Ophelia” video, the guitar she wielded on the 2010 Fearless Tour, and a wall of RIAA plaques documenting her chart success. These objects sit alongside rotating community exhibitions that trace the links between music, literacy and regional craft traditions.

The current flagship exhibition, Connection, showcases posters made by students from Metro Nashville Public Schools in collaboration with artists from Friends Life Community. Produced with the historic letterpress shop Hatch Show Print, the works merge photos, text and hand‑carved type to celebrate creativity and social causes. The show remains on view through spring 2027.

Interactive elements invite guests to step into a recording booth and lip‑sync to four iconic tracks, or to try their hand at letterpress printing after a brief tutorial. These experiences reinforce the centre’s mission to make music and art tangible for every age.

All activities are included with general museum admission and the centre follows the museum’s regular hours. For those interested in the Connection exhibition, a visit before its scheduled closing is strongly recommended.
