Suffolk Peanut Festival opens Friday with free admission in the morning and a full day of family‑friendly fun at the Executive Airport in Suffolk. The 48th edition offers classic peanut‑centric treats, live entertainment and a special discount for military and first‑responders on Sunday.
Music lovers can head to the RnB Block Party on Saturday night at Scope arena, where DJ Esco spins the latest hits. Later in the week, the comedy classic Monty Python’s "Spamalot" takes the stage at Harrison Opera House, and Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue bring high‑energy New Orleans jazz to the Sandler Center in Virginia Beach.
